Mr. Nanda Dulal Ghosh is a highly dedicated and dynamic professional with extensive expertise in security operations and field management. With over 17 years of distinguished service in the Border Security Force (BSF) as a Sub-Inspector, he has built a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and operational excellence. During his BSF tenure (1987–2009), he also served as a Drill Instructor and completed advanced Fire & Safety training.

His professional journey includes diverse achievements—District Athletic Champion (1983) in long-distance running, NCC Cadet (1984–1985) in Barrackpore, followed by impactful roles in the private security sector. After retiring from BSF, he worked as Security Incharge with an International Security Organisation (2010–2016) and later served as Security Incharge at PG Hospital until March 2025.
